Are your products under warranty or guarantee?
Currently, we do not provide warranty or guarantee on our products. However, we offer a 7-day return policy with an unboxing video requirement in case of damage or incorrect items.

Do you ship all over India?
Yes! We ship to every corner of India via reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check status through your order confirmation email.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available with phone number verification. Please keep your phone reachable for order confirmation.

My payment failed. What should I do?
If your payment fails, please retry or try a different payment method. If money is deducted but the order isn’t placed, contact us with a screenshot and your transaction ID.
🔁 RETURN & REFUND
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and with an unboxing video as proof in case of damage or wrong item received.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at expertkart.premium@gmail.com with your order ID, issue description, and the unboxing video. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to your original payment method. Bank or gateway processing times may affect final credit date.
